Return Exchange Policy

  1. Policy for Exchange and Returned Items Purchased Online
    • Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and CONDITION (tags attached, unwashed, NO perfume smells or odours and unworn).
    • To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please email us to notify us of your request and return the item within 14 days of the invoice date. Refunds will incur an ADMIN FEE of $3.00 per item to pay for the cost of repacking and restocking the item.
    • Discounted items are final sales and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
  4. How do I Exchange an Item?
    • Please inform us via email which items you want to exchange. You need to include a self-addressed 500gram Prepaid Satchel for us to send you the Exchanged item. Send all packages to:

    • Please be sure to pack your items carefully for shipment, as we are not responsible for any items damaged or lost. For international customers, please send your package via an insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Remember to include a copy of your invoice and the name of the item you wish to exchange.
  7. Who Pays for the Postal/Shipping Charges Incurred for Exchanges or Refunds?
    • All customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We regret to inform that postage and delivery charges will not be refunded as they are a cost already incurred by us.
    • For exchanges within Australia, we prefer customers to return the item and include a self-addressed prepaid or express post satchel to facilitate the delivery. Otherwise a $8.00 fee will be charged.
    • For international customers, the fee will be $10-$15 depending on the garment type. Refer to shipping charges guide.
  10. Incorrect Orders
    • If we send you the wrong order, we will immediately send you the correct item and include a prepaid satchel for you to return the incorrect item. Please email us a photo of the item to expediate the claim.
  13. Returns
    • Returns are only approved in special circumstances. If you are eligible for a refund, an ADMIN FEE of $3.00 will be charged PER ITEM, as this covers the job of inspecting the returned item, repacking and restocking the item. You will also need to pay for the postage of returning the item.
  15.  Sample Refund Policy (for Goods)
  • If you are not 1005 satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund ot exchange it for something else. You can return your purchase for up to 120 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the comdition you received them and in the original box and /or packaging.

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchased, within 120 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.
